2008 FAIR CAMPING RATES Livestock Exhibitors.....$110.00 Concessionaires..........$140.00 All Others....................$185.00 One Night Stay..............$40.00	2008 FAIR CAMPING PERMITS Camping permit fees for the 2008 Van Wert County Fair MUST be paid in full by October 31, 2007 to reserve camping lot. Any camping lot not reserved with payment by this date will be made available to our extensive waiting list.

**FACILITIES AVAILABLE**
FACILITY	DESCRIPTION
Camping Area	Groups & individuals will find water & electrical hookups at most locations (approx 800 sites), plus 20 full hookup (30A) sites. Some shaded camping areas and dump stations are available.
Junior Fair Building	This 50'x150' multi-purpose building is used for all types of events. It has handicap accessible restrooms, more restrooms with showers located in basement, & a kitchen. It also has a stage & sound system. The building is heated & well insulated. Available Year Round.
Administration Building	This building has two (2) rooms - The "EMR", 30'x50' (no smoking), heated, with sound and the "Annex", 45'x55', insulated only. With restroom facilities, these rooms may be used for meetings & small banquets. Available Year Round. Both rooms are air conditioned.
Commercial Building	This building is 100'x200', with restrooms, and is used throughout the summer for wedding receptions, dances, flea markets, swap meets, sales & large meetings. It is insulated, but has no heat. In the winter months, it is used as a storage area for RVs, boats, and cars.
Agricultural Building	A 50'x110' exhibit hall used for wedding receptions, dances, flea markets, etc. This building is insulated, has no heat and serves as a winter storage for boats and cars. Handicap accessible restrooms & handicap accessible shower facilities are located next to the building.
4-H Horse Barn	Winter storage for RVs, boats, & cars.
Farm Focus Arena	This 50'x100' open-sided ground floor building may be used for livestock auctions & shows, meetings, and game area. Bleachers are available. Restroom & shower facilities are nearby.
Baby Land Arena	This 50'x80' open-sided cement floor building may be used for livestock auctions & shows, meetings, or used as a game area. Bleachers are available. Restroom & shower facilities are located in this building.
School Exhibit Building	Enclosed building, 30'x35'.
Farmers Daughter Building	Enclosed building, 30'x40'.
Chicken Shack	Enclosed building, 40'x40'.
Crestview Pavilion	Open-sided pavilion, 25'x60'.

**WINTER STORAGE**
Van Wert County Fairgrounds offers winter storage each year for boats, campers, RVs, & cars beginning the last week of October. All spaces available on first come, first served basis. No reservations will be taken. Storage Rate: $125.00 for up to 20 feet, $5 per foot over 20 feet, plus tax
	Small Vehicles (Boats, Motorcycles, etc) storage begins October 23, 2007 in the Agricultural Building. Large Vehicles (Campers, RVs, Cars, etc) storage begins October 30, 2007 in the Commercial Building. Special Storage Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, Sat 8:00am-12 Noon (These special hours in effect until buildings are filled.) Call Fair Office for special drop off time, if needed. Winter Storage ends April 14, 2008. Contact the Fair Office for further information.

2008 STALL/TACK/FEED RATES
Any annual stall rent not paid by January 31 will forfeit claim on stall.
